SHIPPING POLICY & DELIVERY OPTIONS 

Please see the details below regarding how to track your order from the UK, USA , EU and Worldwide and the different options to choose at the checkout.

Once I have placed my order, will I receive an email confirmation? 

You will receive a notification email to confirm we are working on your order. A second email, from Browns will confirm we have shipped your order and also your Royal Mail or DHL tracking number.

If you require any further information regarding the delivery of your order please do not hesitate to contact us.

UK Delivery

Orders over £100 are currently shipped FREE using a tracked 2-4 days service and delivery is Monday to Sunday. If your order is urgent, you can pay for Express of Next Day delivery at the checkout

We use Royal Mail & DHL for all UK Orders.

DHL Express 1-3 Days | Duty Taxes Paid  | $35 Shipping orders under $800

DHL Express 1-3 days | Duty Taxes paid $120 Shipping for orders over $800

Orders over $800 will be subject to higher duties and taxes into USA and you will see the prices at the checkout which include duty and taxes paid.

 

EU Delivery - is paused whilst agreements are met regarding parcels into the EU from UK so at the moment we are not shipping to Europe.

As England has left the European Union, EU countries are now charging tax and duty on your purchases on entry into your country from items you buy from England. If your parcel is being delivered to any EU country, it may be liable for Custom Duty and Local Taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

All parcels are shipped directly from our head office in the UK, therefore some international orders may be liable for Custom Duty and local taxes.

Failure to pay this additional duty or tax will result in your parcel being returned to us. Any fees incurred will be deducted from any refunds.


We use Royal Mail International tracked & signed. Delivery is estimated 3-5 days from dispatch. If your parcel is being delivered to any EU country, it may be liable for Custom Duty and Local Taxes.

Worldwide Delivery ~ Outside of the EU

We use Royal Mail International Tracked, if you would like a fully tracked service please use the Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed delivery. Delivery is estimated 6-7 days from dispatch.

  • Any duties and fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. 
  • Royal Mail International Tracked - £11.95
  • Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed For - £14.95

 

When will my order be shipped? 

All orders will be shipped as soon as possible. Orders placed after 3:00pm will be processed the following working day. Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will be shipped on Monday for Tuesday delivery. You will receive email confirmation when we receive the order.

For the Next Working Day Delivery options, orders must be placed before 12 noon Monday to Friday to be delivered on the next working day, this excludes weekends and public holidays.

 

How can I track my Browns order? 

We add a Royal Mail tracking number or a DHL waybill number to your order, as soon as we have packed your goods which is then we emailed to you. Once your order is collected by DHL or Royal Mail, the tracking number and waybill will be scanned so please be patient as your shipment will show an update daily once it has been collected and scanned end of day at the DHL and Royal Mail delivery depots usually around 6pm. The tracked service allows us to add your mobile number or email so Royal Mail will text you with updates on our parcel.

  • You will receive a notification email to confirm we are working on your order.
  • A second email, from Browns will confirm we have shipped your order and also your Royal Mail or DHL tracking number.
  • You will receive an email or text message from Royal Mail or DHL with updates on your parcel.

 

Can I use an alternative delivery address?

Yes, when paying by card you can enter your delivery address at the first stage and then enter your billing address where your card is registered to at the payment method stage. If you need any help please feel free to contact us.

 

Will I need to sign for my delivery?

Depending on the service you choose, Signed For and Next Day delivery services will require a signature.
