Ordering

Can I Order Over the Phone?

Yes of course, you can send a message to the personal shopping team on Whatsapp asking us to call you back or Call within daytime hours on our office landline or mobile.

During office hours, and are happy to help with any online queries if you fill out this Contact Form

Do I need to Sign for my Order?

If you have paid for a next day service the courier will need to hand over the parcel to a person. However you can log into the courier email and request to leave in a safe place.

Swimwear, Slippers and Dressing gowns may not fit through the letterbox. If you wont be home to receive your parcel, please add your secure safe place at the checkout.

* Orders left in a secure place is at your home, is at your own risk.

My order is a Gift you Gift Wrap?

f you would like your purchases gift wrapped just click the free gift wrapping option on the Cart page before checkout. You can also add a gift message which we will include in the parcel. 

Simply add a note in the Checkout section in the comments box or select the Free Gift Wrapping product here and add to your shopping.Our gift boxes come beautifully made with a black bow. All Gift boxes will include a packing gift note, so no prices or billing information will be displayed. At special times of the year like Christmas and Valentines you can also request gift wrapping. 

Returns & Refunds

How Quickly do you process refunds?

As soon as we have received your package you will receive an email to let you know we are processing your return. 

Garments are checked, steamed and repacked and refunds are processed within seven working days.

Items received back at our office on a Saturday will be processed on Monday by our Monday to Friday team.

Can I return my order?

Yes of course, all items that have not been worn can be returned for a full refund.

UK customers please return your order to be received 14 days from receipt of delivery.

USA shoppers have 28 days.

EU & Rest or World have 28 days to return their orders.

Can I Swap my order for another Size?

If you are going on holiday imminently or need your exchange urgently  it may be easier for you to purchase a new item and we refund you for your unwanted size as soon as we receive your return.

As soon as your unwanted items is returned to us, a refund will be processed.

Use the online chat service or email and let us know which style & size you need and we can check the availability

UK Shipping & Delivery

What are the UK Delivery options?
  • Tracked 2-4 days service and delivery is Monday to Friday.
  • On some occasions Royal Mail may deliver on Saturday and Sunday
  • You can pay for a Next Day delivery at the checkout
  • We use Royal Mail & DHL for all UK Orders.
  • Orders placed after 3pm will be sent the following day.
  • If you have a Safe Place , please leave a note at the checkout. 
  • If your order is urgent, we suggest upgrading to our next day service

Do you send Tracking Numbers?

How can I track my Browns order? 

We add a Royal Mail tracking number or a DHL waybill number to your order, as soon as we have packed your goods which is then we emailed to you. Once your order is collected  the tracking number and waybill will be scanned so please be patient as your shipment will show an update daily once it has been collected and scanned end of day at the DHL and Royal Mail delivery depots usually around 6pm. The tracked service allows us to add your mobile number or email so Royal Mail will text you with updates on our parcel.

  • You will receive a notification email to confirm we are working on your order.
  • A second email, from Browns will confirm we have shipped your order and also your tracking number.
  • You will receive an email or text message from Royal Mail or DHL with updates on your parcel.

Shipping to USA

What About USA TAXES?

Please select USA as your location and state at the checkout. DDP duty and tax paid means the taxes are included in the price of the goods.

Shipping to Europe

Are Tax & Duty Included?

No our prices do not contain Duty & taxes.

As England has left the European Union, EU countries are now charging tax and duty on your purchases on entry into a European country from items you buy from England.

If your parcel is being delivered to any EU country, you may be liable for Customs Duty and Local Taxes if your order is over €35.00, or a higher duty level set by your country.

We suggest you check on a duty calculation website to check the Duty and Tx for your country, See options here

Shipping Worldwide

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide. You can see the full list ofcountries we ship tohere.

We have removed our UK 20% TAX from the prices on our website. Your country charges tax and duty on your purchases from items you buy from England. This has not been included in the price on our website.

The % can vary if your order is over €35.00 for EU countries. We suggest looking atDuty websiteto estimate your tax before you complete your purchases.
