Browns Lingerie and Swimwear online store is based in the UK. All orders are shipped from our UK Office. The prices on the website have the UK  tax removed. When shopping please select your country and currency  for example  AUD$ or €uros, as we have removed our UK 20% TAX from the prices on our website for international buyers.

Duties & Taxes for USA. We deliver to the USA duty and tax paid. Please select USA as your location and state at the checkout. DDP duty and tax paid means the taxes are included in the price of the goods. See our USA shipping policy for USA buyers. 

Duty & Taxes for Rest of World. We have removed our UK 20% TAX from the prices on our website. Your country charges tax and duty on your purchases from items you buy from England. This has not been included in the price on our website. The % can vary if your order is over €35.00 for EU countries. We suggest looking at Duty website to estimate your tax before you complete your purchases. 

 

• When your order arrives into your country your local postal system will contact you if there are any duties and taxes to pay.  

• These local taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser when you order from our website.

• Failure to pay local tax and duty may result in your parcel being detained by your country customs. We are not able to refund any orders if parcels are not returned to us because of duty and taxes are not paid.

• When we create your tracking number, we will add the country of origin and the HS Codes of the goods ordered, to show the correct duty code for customs. Your local post office can see this if they have any queries.
